DAHLIA TUBERS

We only ship within Canada. All shipping is $30 regardless of the size of your order. All orders are shipped standard (unless alternate arrangements are agreed to) via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. We will combine multiple orders that have the exact name and address for shipping and billing. Orders that do not have exact names and addresses will not be combined.

Fall Sale Tubers:  tubers purchased during our fall sale will begin October 20th.  If you purchase tubers during this sale you are agreeing to take the risk of possible damage to your tubers due to weather.  There are two shipping add-ons available to help reduce risk: insulated boxes, and 72-hour heat packs.  We are not responsible for damaged tubers due to weather. By purchasing during our fall sale you the buyer are responsible for over-winter storing and we are not responsible for storage related tuber damage.

Spring Sale Tubers: Shipping will begin in the spring as soon as all risk of frost has passed. Please keep in mind that our farm is located in Golden, and the threat of frost can continue into late April on our farm. Therefore, we do not offer early shipping. Even if you are located in a mild climate, we will not ship until all threat of frost is passed in Golden. 
We also offer free pickup at the farm for local orders. Simply choose local pickup at checkout and we will be in contact with you. 
Should we determine that a tuber should be refunded which include but are not limited to disease or mislabeling, shipping will not be refunded. Only the faulty product will be refunded. 

CUTTINGS

Cutting orders will be shipped via express courier, with the rates being determined after the package has been processed.

I will only sell cuttings to people providing they agree to do so via 1-2 day priority option, regardless of where they live in Canada. This can range between $20 and $80 depending on the amount of cuttings shipped, the weight of the shipment and where in Canada they here headed.

If you are purchasing cuttings and tubers, please note that your tubers will ship before cuttings and you must be prepared to pay two shipping fees.

Cuttings will start shipping in May. Please do not email asking for sooner.

SHIPPING & TERMS

Canadian shipping costs are a flat rate of $30 and shipped via Canada Post.
Once you place your order, all pieces will be shipped within five business days after payment is confirmed.

Local Orders

If you live in Golden, BC  and would like to pick up your items, choose free local pick up under shipping.
Please pick up your order within a week or contact me for other arrangements, angie@partridgeberrypottery.ca

Damaged Pieces?

Our pieces are packed well with every intention of arriving to you safely.  In the unlikely event that a piece is damaged during shipping, please send me an email with a photo of the damaged piece within 24 hours upon receiving your order and a refund will be arranged.

Otherwise, all sales are final.
