SHIPPING & TERMS

Canadian shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 and shipped via Canada Post.
Once you place your order, all pieces will be shipped within five business days after payment is confirmed.

Local Orders

If you live in Golden, BC  and would like to pick up your items, choose free local pick up under shipping.
Please pick up your order within a week or contact me for other arrangements, angie@partridgeberrypottery.ca

Damaged Pieces?

Our pieces are packed well with every intention of arriving to you safely.  In the unlikely event that a piece is damaged during shipping, please send me an email with a photo of the damaged piece within 24 hours upon receiving your order and a refund will be arranged.

Otherwise, all sales are final.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No returns or exchanged.  (Unless it was damaged during shipping - see note above).
